My home is spotlessly clean & cosy. It’s located in a lovely quiet area in Southsea approx 5 min walk to the beach and many cafes, shops and restaurants. If you’re looking for a trip to the Isle of Wight by hovercraft or ferry, to hit the shops and restaurants at Gunwharf Quays, a cultural experience at the DDay Museum and Historic Dockyard and much more, it’s all close by. The Sea House is a beautiful, recently refurbished stylish family home with direct access to the beach at Seagrove Bay. It is the perfect place to reconnect with family and friends while watching the boats and paddle boarders floating past. The house sleeps 12 in 5 bedrooms, of which 3 have panoramic sea views of the Solent. The large well equipped kitchen is a delight to cook in, and the kitchen table seats 10 and the dining table seats 12. The large terraced garden has a firepit and a bbq.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over. The second bedroom has twin beds and a view over the rear garden and the countryside beyond. There is an open plan living space. Views of the sea from the front sitting area and master bedroom French doors from the dining area open onto a large raised deck with steps down into the garden.

There's a fire pit in the garden, a BBQ on the terrace and a balcony with magnificent views over the sea. The space is ideal for family and friends’ get togethers. The large open plan kitchen-dining-living area invites socialising as well as relaxing. The outdoors and interiors merge in this light filled house with french doors opening up to balconies, terraces and front and back gardens.
