Our cottage is featured i n Terry John Woods "Summer House" as a quintessential cottage of Maine. Relax in our private, romantic Cape Neddick cottage, overlooking a 2 acre meadow and woodland, close by foot, bike, to the amenities of York, Ogunquit, Kennebunk, Kittery, and Portsmouth and within a ten minute ride to five beautiful beaches. Cape Neddick Beach being the closest one, a five minute ride. Our cottage is off the beaten path on a quiet private way, near the Cape Neddick River .

It features a fully stocked kitchen, complete with pots and pans, perfect for cooking when you choose to stay in. The cottage also includes a private patio with a gas grill and outdoor seating for your enjoyment. Just a short 7-minute walk to the beach and pier. And yes, pets are welcome at no extra charge.

COVID UPDATE: We know everyone has different levels of concern regarding the virus. Please know that while we feel our sanitation and cleanliness of the Cottage is exceptional, we have doubled our efforts providing multiple cleanings between guests. This is a NON-SMOKING property. The Waterfront Cottage sits directly on the shores of Snow Pond, 15 minutes from Colby College and downtown Waterville and 1/2 mile from the Snow Pond Center for the Arts. Enjoy the BEST sunset views from the private dock and listen to the waves and loons at night. The private front deck is the perfect spot for a sunset cocktail after a day of swimming and kayaking from the sandy beach. You also have a private outdoor hot soaking tub and water view barrel sauna. Paradise!
