My cottage is located minutes from excellent dining options, outdoor activities like: fishing in the world famous Indian River Lagoon and Sebastian Inlet, relaxing on the beach, kayaking, bike-riding, live music and much more. Load up the boat or just pack sun screen and come see why I wouldn't live anywhere else! The cottage is two miles from Skydive Sebastian. There is something for everyone in Sebstian, FL - all walks of life are welcome!

Pineapple Bluff is a quaint historic cottage overlooking the Indian River. Abundant Florida wildlife including dolphins, manatees, and an assortment of aquatic birds are common sights from the dock. Romance Beach Resort brings the beach to you. This is a 3 bedroom and small nursery, 2 bath pool home. The pool is heated and surrounded by a sandy beach area. The yard is completely fenced, and private on all sides. The yard has a 16x16 sundeck with lounge chairs, towels, floats, and beach chairs. There is also an adult size swing set, cornhole, and a waterfall. This house is a perfect get away. Great place for families with children. Toys, wii, and beach supplies are also provided.
