Enjoy our private ocean view suite on a quiet street boasting 3 beach accesses & Porpoise Bay Provincial Park & Beach nearby. The suite boasts a bedroom & combined living room/kitchenette with a small pullout couch. French doors lead to a covered patio where you can watch the boats and float planes. The bedroom leads to a private back patio. Well behaved dog welcome.

Cottage By the Sea: Private Beachfront in Sechelt

True waterfront – right on the beach! This west-facing ocean front home is fully renovated, maintaining some of its original 1939 charm. From this bright, cozy cottage with vaulted ceilings you will see and hear the ocean, watch the eagles soar overhead and see seals, otters and herons. Take a stroll for a coffee at one of the shops in Davis Bay, a 2-min. walk. Enjoy the stunning sunsets at night. We are on the Sunshine Coast Highway, with easy access to amenities. Sechelt is only 4 min. drive.

Home by the Sea

Our place is close to the village of Sechelt. We are situated in the mid point of The Sunshine Coast, so you are within reach of discovering all that this beautiful part of the world has to offer. We are a short walk to a lovely beach, but if you'd rather stay put, you will definitely enjoy the picturesque views from the master bedroom, living room, dining room and spacious patio. Our Airbnb is fully licensed, according to laws and regulations established by the province of British Columbia.

Welcome to Our Nest on the Coast! We are fully licenced Airbnb hosts with the City of Sechelt and the B.C. Revenue Department. The two-bedroom suite is situated in the heart of Sechelt overlooking the beautiful views of the Salish seas and Trail Islands. With its bright coastal vibe, it is a short 5 minute walk or drive to the beach, shops and restaurants. This is great spot to relax and enjoy! OPTION: This suite is also available as a one bedroom. Grantham House was once a bustling community hub as the local post office and general store, and beginning in the 1920's, a favoured summer stop of the Union Steamships Company. This unique studio suite, named after the Lady Cecilia steamship that once docked here, offers a serene escape with breathtaking views of Keats Island and oceanfront access.

The Hideout

We have updated The Hideout and look forward to welcoming the world back at the end of summer 2025!! The Hideout grew from a vision we had when we moved to the Coast in 2020. With the desire to share our dream of living amongst the trees, tucked away from the world, The Hideout was created. Wrapped in hand milled cedar, fir and hemlock this space was designed to remind us to slow down, breathe deep and take it all in.
