If you are looking for a quiet peaceful place to stay in Wichita is it. The apartment is a duplex with our home on the other side. There is a pass thru door between the units with locks on both sides. You get 2 bedrooms, kitchenette/living area, private bath all for the price of hotel room. Off street parking in gravel driveway on right of the home. Easy access to major highways. Pets may be accepted on case by case basis. Property located on gravel street a couple of blocks off blacktop.

All bedrooms on main floor have walk-in closets. All beds have memory foam mattresses with encasements, including encasement pillows.

Guests will enjoy the main floor of this two story house-turned-duplex, which includes two bedrooms with queen beds, one full bath off the master bedroom, cozy living room, and dining area with kitchenette. Enjoy the relaxing front porch with a swing and comfortable chairs in this historic neighborhood. There are two dogs in the upstairs apartment that may make minimal noise.

Our private studio apartment is nestled in the trees at the back of our property and centrally located in a perfect location in the heart of College Hill in Wichita. It is within walking distance (just a few blocks) from the College Hill Park, swimming pool and amazing restaurants and bars. Also within walking distance, there is a free bus, called The Q, that will take you back and forth to downtown Wichita and Old Town (bar and restaurant district) and Intrust Bank Arena.

The backyard has a large deck with lounge furniture and convenient access to the kitchen for quick trips to grab more wine or morning coffee.
