Texas Hill Country 1 bedroom Cottage w/ loft

The cozy cottage can accommodate 4 adults & 4 children with a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room, plus an overhead loft area with two full mattresses for the kids. These rentals come fully furnished with a private bathroom, linens for the downstairs, air conditioning, TV, and a kitchen with full appliances. Outside is a covered porch with four chairs, plus a charcoal grill and picnic table. ***Linens are not provided for 30+ night stays, a monthly linen bundle may be purchased***

Never far from one of 15 TVs. My rates include 10.75% City and County hotel tax. I don't charge a cleaning or pet fee. Other places in town charge these and other extra fees. Molly the cat will let herself in and out and will be your friend. It's all yours. Quiet neighborhood. No partiers please.

We are about 35 min to New Braunfels or SanAntonio and about 20 min to Canyon Lake and Blanco. We are close to the Guadalupe River, Guadalupe State Park, Natural Bridge Caverns, Schlitterbahn, Fiesta Texas and Fredericksburg is about 45 minutes away. Plenty of parking and a fenced back yard. 2 pets max.
