This bijoux duplex apartment on the Left Bank in the heart of St. Germain is situated in a historic 17th century building just opposite the Musee Mailol and Fontaine des Quatre Saisons. The flat has been recently and totally renovated. The rustic stone walls and antique ceiling beams have been exposed and carefully restored on both levels. Modern design elements and understated hip luxury integrate with the buildings original features to make this flat the perfect city escape for the discerning traveler. The spacious and quiet bedroom on the 2nd floor features a French-made luxuriously comfortable king size bed (180cm) complete with the finest feather and hypoallergenic (upon request) bedding, built in closet, oak chest of drawers and a full length floor mirror. The ultra contemporary ensuite bathroom is decorated in calming hues of gray and beige, has a rain shower, toilet, sink and a towel heater. On the first level a fully equipped kitchen/ living and dining area have been tastefully outfitted with a mixture of modern classics and unusual finds, offering the utmost in comfort in a cool and casual setting designed to make your stay in the City of Lights a very special one. Private access via the main entrance, this duplex is an independent apartment. We are always available for anything that you might need during your stay, and happy to assist in making your time in paris perfect! This chic one bedroom duplex is ideally located in the heart of the sought-after Rive Gauche/St. Germain neighborhood. The lively and cultivated Left Bank district boasts some of city’s finest shopping, dining and culture. Here is where you’ll find hip one-of-a-kind boutiques to high-end designer fashion, antique galleries (Carre des Antiquaires), as well as many modern-classic design shops. An array of delightful culinary offerings and dining experiences at every turn make this arrondissement quintessential Paris at its very best! The recently opened Beau Passage, adds yet another gourmet haven to the neighborhood. We are situated within a short walking distance to many of the main attractions of central Paris including: The Louvre, Musee D’Orsay, Musee Maillol, Seine River, Invalides, all of St. Germain and the Latin Quarter, Notre Dame Cathedral, Le Bon Marche department store, Cafe Flore, Cafe Deux Magots and more. There are 3 Metro stations serving this area: Rue du Bac on Line 12, Sevres Babylone on Line 10 and 12 and St. Germain des Pres on Line 4. 1. Please note that due to the historic nature of the building and certain restrictions on construction, the flat is not air-conditioned. A fan is provided, however, due to the the old thick stone walls the apartment stays rather cool even on the warmest of summer days. 2. The apartment has an interior stairway from the living/dining room to the bedroom/bathroom and therefore may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. 3. This apartment can only comfortably accommodate 3 people. Children above the age of 12 years old are welcome. 4. While the kitchen is very well equipped, there is no dishwashing machine.

L'appartement est situé au 1er étage de la Villa Mariposa sur la plage. Un emplacement de stationnement privatif sera à votre disposition dans la cour privée de la Villa ainsi qu'une cabine de plage. L'appartement est composé d'un Salon avec 2 fenêtres donnant sur la mer. Cette pièce est aménagée avec une cheminée en parfait état de fonctionnement, deux banquettes en lin de la marque Flamant, et un canapé convertible (excellente qualité de couchage et ouverture facile). La Salle à manger est aménagée avec une jolie table ronde de la marque Flamant, de 6 fauteuils, et dispose de 2 fenêtres vue mer, et est aménagée avec un canapé convertible. La cuisine est indépendante et parfaitement équipée (lave-linge, lave vaisselle, plaques vitro, four, réfrigérateur et congélateur, cafetière nespresso (capsules fournies). La chambre est aménagée avec un lit sur mesure de 155 x 200 cm, de liseuses led, et d'un écran télé au mur. Cette chambre est aménagée dans un esprit cocooning. Elle bénéficie de deux fenetres avec vue mer. Une jolie salle de bains en marbre, wc séparés, placards. Vue exceptionnelle sur mer. WIFI Haut débit illimité, TV et lecteur accès vod. Radiateurs connectés afin de vous permettre de régler la température du logement (application smartphone) avant votre arrivée. Bon séjour à Trouville ;-) WIFI Haut débit illimité, TV et lecteur DVD, canal +, accès vod. Je suis joignable et régulièrement sur place. Mon employée de maison habite à quelques pas de l’appartement À quelques mètres de la mer, mais aussi à deux pas des commerces de la rue des bains, du marché aux poissons et d'excellents restaurants, cet appartement bénéficie d'une situation exceptionnelle et prisée. Emplacement de stationnent extérieur attenant à l’Appartement Afin de rendre votre séjour exceptionnel, je vous recommanderai un coach sportif particulier, les meilleures adresses de trouville ainsi que des lieux secrets.
