Important: our apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Visaginas is a beautiful city with wonderful lakes and forests. We like to spend time here so we bought and renovated an apartment so it is always pleasant to come here. We want to share this nice place with our guests: a forest that you (almost) can touch from the balcony and a lake that is only 7 minutes away on foot. And also a grocery store that is just beside the house (not very romantic but a convenient fact)

Ypač rami vieta- idealu norint pabėgti nuo miesto šurmulio ir prisiminti, ką reiškia vaikščioti basomis po žolę. Namelis skirtas šeimos poilsiui arba ramiam draugų susibėgimui. Yra žaidimų erdvė vaikams, galima žvejoti tvenkinyje ir smagiai leisti laiką lauke. Galimybė grilinti ir mėgautis skaniu maistu terasoje. Home is located on the banks of the Daugava River with a beautiful panoramic view of it. Directly opposite the house in the Daugava are islands with untouched natural habitats and a variety of waterfowl. The holiday home has a terrace area with a beautiful view of the river. For an additional fee, you can enjoy a sauna or jacuzzi, as well as use water or land active recreation equipment. Pedal boats, e-water boards (efoil), a boat, sup, Vespa scooters and electric bicycles are available.

A cabin by the lake with a big bridge. The place is newly built using ecological materials. The cabin is very cozy and has a healthy steam sauna. The floors are heated, there is a fireplace both indoors and outdoors. Furthermore, there is hot water, a kitchen and a sleeping place in the attic. * Note that the sauna and the hot tub are not included in the price. * Also note that there is another summerhouse in the property where other guests might be staying.

Viesu mājiņas, kas atrodas mežā pie Rušonas ezera. Pie mājiņām ir nelielas terases. Teritorijā ir bērnu laukums,neliels dārzs un trušu mājiņa, kas priecēs mazos iemītniekus. Ir pieejamas laivas .Ir arī lielā terase ar nelielu svinību telpu, kas ir pie paša ezera, kur var nesteidzīgi baudīt brokastis. Viesiem ir pieejama moderna sauna . Viesu mājiņās ir viss nepieciešamais, lai baudītu atpūtu- duša, tualete un viss nepieciešamais, lai gatavotu uz vietas.
