The large garden is a real feature and just at the end of the drive is the lovely East Beach. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings from ANY adult only groups such as Stag, Hen, party / celebrations due to recent complaints. Five minute walk to the beach and the rnli lifeboat station. Chichester is a fifteen minute drive away or there is a regular good bus service the stop is 2 minute walk away. Shopping can be local with Asda and co-op stores in the high street, other local shops and plenty of places to eat out or take away. Although the beach is pebbly there is sand when the tide is out. Peaceful location and where Eric Coates was inspired to write the instrumental music the sleepy lagoon.

The hand-built, eco-friendly wood cabin is in the shaded, far corner of the 1 acre plot, facing south towards downland, across fields and a small pond where water birds gather.
