We are PARADISE COTTAGE, and the standards of super host are status quo! We're ready for you! Although only 2 miles from the Gulf, we're on high ground! We are on a Priority One Energy Grid. With over 300 huge potted plants, many trees, etc we live in a lush tropical "Paradise". Our guests' highest praises include private, quiet, serene, safe and secluded; attributes we're fortunate to claim We have no neighbors while being so close to so much. Relax with the whole family by the lake! Get out the fishing rods to catch bass in the lake. This gorgeous house has everything you need for a perfect vacation! Grill out and have dinner while watching the sunset by the lake, enjoy a perfect swim in the amazing heated pool, or just sit back and enjoy the view. We have recently upgraded to a salt water pool, making the water gentler on your skin, eyes and hair. The home is a short 10-minute drive to the beach access. Pet friendly with a fee.

A portion of the side yard ( as pictured ) has been fenced off for you. ONE animal allowed, this includes service or non- service. You DO need to notify me if you're bringing a Animal. No Cats. The suite is non shared and attached to the rest of the house. There are two Rental units on this property. Each on opposite sides of the house. This is Unit A.
