The apartment has big windows which makes it airy and bright and has two bedrooms (one with a double bed). The left side of the balcony has direct view to the Ekeberg-hill.

Huset ligger landlig til i en stor hage. Veldig sentralt med både buss og t bane i nærheten. Badebassenget er tilgjengelig i sommermånedene. Huset er godt utstyrt til å lage mat i den vedfyrte pizza ovnen, men ellers er det kun en liten koketopp!
