Tim's Place, Tim'stead. 건축을 전공한 호스트가 손수 완성한 소박한 워너비하우스입니다. 창문 밖으로는 계절의 변화를, 주말엔 거실에 누워 빔 프로젝터로 영화를, 넓게 요리하기 위한 아일랜드 조리대 겸 식탁과, 손님들이 편하게 묵고 갈 수 있게 고심한 잠자리, 그리고 친구들을 초대해 편하게 이야기를 나누며 밤을 지새우고 싶은 로망을 담은 집입니다. 많은 인원이 묵을 수 있고 교통이 편리한 만큼 소규모 파티룸으로도 적합하지만, 한적한 아침이면 반려동물과 경의선 숲길을 거닐고, 낮에는 근처 맛집 탐방을, 집에 오는길에는 버스킹을 즐기고, 마음 내키면 집앞 연남동, 홍대 거리에서 밤을 지샐 수도, 그러다 아늑한 집에서 휴식을 취할 수도 있는 곳입니다. 거주를 위해 마련한 집인 만큼, 가구와 집기, 가전에도 고심을 담았습니다. 그리고 언제나 화려함보다는 편안함과 쾌적함을 생각했습니다. 이제 Tim 대신, Tim's Place에서 여유를 누리세요 !

Cozy house near Seoul station and Namsan Park

✔️ The house is located on 2nd floor. The guest will stay at the house with two rooms and a bathroom. The house is 534 sq ft. Grocery stores, restaurants, convenience store, cafe, and hospitals are nearby. ✔️ Namsan Tower, Namdaemun, and Myeongdong are within walking distance and old palaces, Itaewon and National Museum take 20 min by bus. ✔️ It takes 7 min on foot to Seoul Station Exit 12, where train Line 1 ,4, and Airport Railroad and 15 min on foot to the KTX(Express train)Exit.

치유재 한옥 스테이는 11월 24일까지 운영됩니다. 그동안 저희 한옥 공간을 사랑해 주시고 관심 가져주신 모든 분들께 진심으로 감사드립니다. 짧은 시간 동안이지만, 자연과 함께하는 치유의 공간에서 보내신 소중한 순간들이 여러분의 마음에 오래도록 따뜻하게 남기를 바랍니다. 체크인 오후 3시 체크아웃 오전 11시 주차 전용주차 공간이 없습니다. ( 인근 유료 주차장 이용 부탁드립니다.) 현대 계동사옥 주차장 일일권 12,000원 (밤 12시 기준) 숙소 외부 출입구(대문)에 만약의 사고나 보호를 위해 CCTV가 설치 되어 있습니다. 치유재는 대나무 이끼정원을 중심으로 집안 내부 어디에서든지 정원을 바라봅니다. 시시각각 변화하는 빛에 따라 정원도 집안도 수많은 색을 갖습니다. 바람에 흔들리는 대나무를 보며, 연못에 떨어지는 물소리, 종종 놀러오는 새를 볼 수 있습니다. 자연이 주는 편안함과 아름다움을 느낄 수 있도록 공간을 설계하였습니다.
