The House on Harbour is a villa located in the elegant marina of the southern Sardinian coast, between Cagliari and Villasimius. The villa have two suites, each with its own unique style and vibes. Expertly restored in 2023, the suites have been curated by the Sardinian artist Valentina Zucca, who has adorned the spaces with textured frescoes. The villa's style has retained its authentic Mediterranean soul, meticulously cared and transformed into living solutions with modern comforts The House on the Port, positioned on the first floor, offers a unique view of the sea of southern Sardinia. Navy-style finishes such as sailcloth fabrics and meticulous wooden decorations make this space a perfect fusion with the sailboats surrounding it. The suite features a unique open space equipped with every comfort, including a kitchen and bathroom. Outside, the panoramic terrace with a relaxation area and a small table on the harbor provides a unique view of the sea.

L’appartement est magnifiquement situé, au calme avec vue sur le port. Très bien pour deux personnes, très propres avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Barbara nous a laissé des instructions claires pour récupérer les clés, ainsi que des informations sur les choses à visiter aux alentours. Je recommande si vous voulez visiter le sud de la Sardaigne !

Logement conforme, peut être un peu sombre et chaud. Attention au plafond bas. Mais terrasse très jolie et vue aussi ! Barbara est tres reactive

L'appartamento di Barbara ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Piccolo ma curato, soffitto bassino (si tratta di una mansarda) ma con una bella terrazza per cenare e rilassarsi, vista porticciolo e mare. Non ci sono stati intoppi e soprattutto Barbara è stata sempre a disposizione, rispondendo alle nostre richieste. Lo consiglio soprattutto perché è in una posizione ottima per godersi le spiagge del Sud Est della Sardegna.

The Villa is located in a quiet and elegant tourist village that guarantees every comfort and service.
Nearby, a refined wellness center, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, supermarkets, discos, tennis courts and soccer fields, parks and play areas for children are just a few steps from our accommodation to guarantee a stay full of fun and relaxation .
The paradise of our beaches can be reached in a few minutes: Capitana, starfish, Santa Luria, Costa degli angeli are nearby.
If you do not have half the house is just minutes from the bus stop.
