The property is absolutely beautiful and the location is great. There is a housekeeper Kris who comes every day, which is a nice touch and she is super friendly. Augustina who manages it is fantastic and helped us enjoy our stay there even more. The property is a little ‘bitty’ with random stairs and levels that you can’t see, so we had a few injuries from people falling over - these could potentially be marked out a little more. Apart from that it was amazing so would definitely recommend it.

My family had the most amazing stay at the Cupola in March 2024. There was plenty of space for the 7 of us - especially since every bedroom has its own bathroom! Agustina the house manager was so helpful leading up to our stay responding to all my questions on Whats App. She also arranged for an asado on the rooftop deck one of the nights of our stay, which may have been our best meal during an entire week in Buenos Aires. Cris the housekeeper was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond during our stay - washing our dishes, doing our laundry, keeping everything clean - and she was so sweet. Overall this house is so beautiful and special, I would recommend it to absolutely anyone staying in Buenos Aires. FWIW, we weren't bothered by the noise from the wine bar downstairs at all. You can only hear it from one of the bedrooms (the one with the bunk beds) and it's easy to tune out. We also went down to have a drink at the bar and loved it!

My daughter, son-in-law and their two girls—5 and 7 years old—and I stayed in Jennifer’s place in Palermo for a week in March, 2024. We loved it—it was charming, well appointed, had lots of room for all of us to spread out in and a wonderful rooftop terrace, with a small indoor adjacent seating area. A lovely housekeeper came every morning and made beds, did dishes and generally tidied up and did laundry for us. The house is situated in a lively part of town with grocery stores and restaurants conveniently located nearby and abundant very cheap (by NY standards) taxis right out front. My one caveat is that there are lots of stairs—both to get to the interior front door and within the apartment. The stairs to get to the front door were good exercise, but I found I had to be very careful on the interior stairs. Anyway—bottom line—we would definitely all be delighted to stay there again! Very unique place. However be aware that you need to be a fit person to handle all the stairs in the house - specifically with lots of luggage. Nice terrace and garden area. Spotless clean and the housekeeper Chris is friendly and helpful. Internet sometimes weak but if one needs not to work it is ok.

Jennifer’s place is the BEST place to stay with a big group! There is a daily cleaner who is delightful and will make you a little snack and bring pastries to the house unsolicited. Truly an incredible experience!
