Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft mit einem riesigem Garten. Fast Park ähnlich angelegt.. Dieses schöne alte Gebäude mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und der Pool war größer als wir von den Fotos gedacht haben.. Die Lage des Objektes ist etwas außerhalb inmitten von einem Gewerbegebiet. man würde auf der Straße nicht ein solch schönes Grundstück vermuten. man ist auf ein PKW angewiesen.. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich.. Liebe Grüße :)

Una esperienza unica in una reale dimora che ancora conserva il carattere di luogo abitato e non solo di struttura ricettiva. Protiro antistante l'ingresso principale per godere di piacevoli colazioni, soffitti di 7 metri con volte a spigolo tipiche del leccese, triplo salone, patio interno, due bagni spaziosi e due camere matrimoniali. Splendida luce, gusto e colori; piscina e giardino di 24 ettari. Cucina comprensiva di ogni necessità. Siamo stati accolti con molta gentilezza e con un occhio di riguardo per l'orario d'ingresso e la pulizia degli ambienti é stata delle migliori. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e abbiamo apprezzato la città nel migliore dei modi, seppur non immediatamente adiacente alla villa, ma comunque a poco più di 30min a piedi dal centro storico (5min in macchina). Un posto da rispettare e godere così com'é, essendo poche le opportunità di trovarsi parte di una simile e piacevole esperienza. Grazie ancora per l'ospitalità.

We had a fantastic stay at Luigi's place. It is a beautiful villa very conveniently located a short 10 minute drive from Lecce and a 1 minute walk to a supermarket. We only had 2 small points, which was that the wifi really is very weak indeed if you are trying to work, and there is only air con in 1 room and the rest of the house relies on fans. Despite those 2 minor points, we had a great time and would definitely recommend wholeheartedly.

This was an amazing place overall. You would never know it was there amidst the somewhat industrial feeling surroundings but when we pulled into the gate it was like going back in time. If you are looking for a modern space with all the amenities, this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for a beautiful romantic space where you can wander the gardens and swim in the awesome pool but still get groceries from a supermarket (literally next door) look no further. By far the most unique and beautiful Air BnB I have ever encountered. Pros: Did I mention the pool?? Beautiful rooms Comfy beds Plenty of space Responsive host Fresh produce from the garden! Cons: A/C keeps the living room cool but doesn’t really reach the bedrooms or kitchen WiFi was not really working for us but we didn’t bother to trouble shoot with the host so maybe they could have helped us with it? Some issues with ants in the kitchen and also in the bedrooms. All in all: highly recommend!

Fantastiskt hus med stor pool och vacker inredning. Huset har en super fin trädgård med många fruktträd. Det stora poolområdet och hunden som bor där uppskattades verkligen av barnen. Huset ligger längs en stor väg och närmsta hus är en matbutik (vilket var väldigt praktiskt). Eftersom vi gillar att laga mat saknade vi en ute grill, ugn och mer/bättre köksutrustning. Det finns inte mycket att uppleva i området precis intill huset så bra att ha en bil och kunna göra dagsutflykter, bara ca 8-10 min till Lecce. Överlag ett fantastiskt boende som jag verkligen rekommenderar.
