Mèze Maison is a restored 19th century wine merchant's house at the heart of a vibrant fishing village in the south of France, a few minutes walk from the beach. We offer luxurious bedding with air conditioning, TV and internet radio in your room. The Jojo room has its own private sitting room and private ensuite dressing room with shower and WC. In all the accommodation measures around 30m2. Mèze Maison is a spacious period home which has been refurbished to a high standard with exposed beams, original panelled doors and antique mirrors and chandeliers. The Jojo room has a kingsize double bed and French windows with a balcony overlooking the Chateau de Girard. It also has its own private dressing room with shower and WC.

Wir haben uns bei Rob sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten sehr aufmerksame und sympathische Gastgeber. Das historische Haus ist sehr aufwendig restauriert worden. Die Räume sind sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Von Rob hatten wir auch Restaurantempfehlungen und Anregungen für Tagesunternehmungen erhalten, die uns alle sehr gut gefallen haben. G. und H.

Mèze is a laid back and friendly fishing village with its own beach, twice weekly outdoor market and bustling harbour with cafés and restaurants. Once in Mèze you can forget your car as all amenities are within a few minutes walk. Mèze Maison lies at the heart of the old town overlooking the castle and its gardens.
All amenities in Mèze from its beach and harbour to its restaurants, cafés and daily indoor market are within a few minutes walk. There is a car free cycle path linking Mèze and the other villages on the etang de Thau lagoon. Feel free to use our bikes. A car park is a couple of minutes walk from the house and the airports of Montpellier and Béziers are 30 minutes drive away. Private parking can be arranged subject to request.

I'm an easy going Englishman who left the rat race in London for a more relaxed pace of life in the south of France. I love to travel and stay in nice places so have sought to create the ambience here in the properties I look after in Mèze that I seek elsewhere: a relaxed, friendly welcome in stylish surroundings. I've been coming to Mèze ever since I was a young boy. So if you come to stay, I'd be happy to advise you on things to do in the local area from hiring a boat for the day to seeking out a lovely place for lunch in a leafy square in nearby Montpellier or Pézenas. I look forward to welcoming you here in Mèze!
