The villa is amazing! Beautiful, well equipped, stunning views and amazing gardens. Everything was tree than the photos. You definitely need a car as it’s up a very steep hill. On the outskirts of Agia Effimia, lovely port with lots of restaurants. We will be back! Thank you

This is a beautiful place, with wonderful views from the spacious terrace. It’s totally private as it’s surrounded by a very well established garden with lemon and olive trees, herbs and a wide variety of shrubs and flowers. Panos is great host made us a strawberry cake! He was really helpful and conscientious especially keeping the pool area well maintained. The very steep hill was ok going down but two of us needed a taxi from the wonderful Yanis to get up. My daughter, her partner plus baby in a buggy made the climb most days thereby increasing their daily step count! They even managed with a full load of shopping….but only once!. Agia Efimia is a lovely little town with everything you could need. Excellent restaurants particularly Amalia’s and Sea Rock near the end of town plus another right opposite the Romantika boat. Good coffee shops, a harbour where you can get a boat over to Ithaca plus three well stocked small supermarkets, gift shops, bakeries and of course ATMs.

We loved everything about Villa Thallassini. The house has everything required for a family (we have 3 boys aged 12,10 and 7). Location is good and walkable to the lovely beaches and village where there are plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. Pavos welcomed us and showed us around the house and gardens. He was always on hand to help with any queries. House was very clean and comfortable. Views from the house are amazing and we’d definitely stay again.

We are so glad that we picked Amalia's house. The area is beautiful and so unspoilt but the facilities at the house and it's location blew us away. The house has been so thoughtfully built to make the most of all the views - both to the sea and to the mountains behind. The garden has been so wonderfully thought through and tended, that it was like an oasis. Everything we needed was provided and we knew that if we had any issues Panayotis would just pop over. Every night we walked down to the harbour and chose a different taverna each night. We then are very proud to say that we walked off our dinner, by taking on the hill climb back up to the house. Although we had a car and explored the area, we found that the little beach at the bottom of the hill was charming. One of our most successful holidays and our favourite ever AirBnB house. Thank-you so much. We will be back. This is a special house in a special location.

This place is simply amazing. Amalia and Panos are amazing, thoughtful hosts. They really make the place feel special. Amalia was on hand to always answer our questions. Had a lovely holiday and this was thanks to this amazing house and hosts. They did a mid week clean and provided lovely welcome treats. Couldn’t have asked for more. Simply perfect. It’s a great location. Private, peaceful and a small walk into town. Great location
