Margate Gardens is a wonderful place with luscious trees, bushes and flowers surrounding a small pool. Number 14 is on the ground floor. The floor plan is great. A spacious living room/dining area and kitchen. A beautiful master bedroom with a king size bed and bathroom en suite and a small bedroom with 2 twin beds and a small bathroom just next to it. Both bedrooms have AC units and, for a fee of $15.00 per day you can have air conditioning in the main living area. There are ceiling fans everywhere and also a standing fan in the living room. But it does get hot at times and that money would be well spent. The kitchen is great. The Corian countertop and sink look new. The fridge is kind of old. A new fridge with an ice maker would be a great asset and the addition of a dishwasher would make this kitchen close to perfect. Alexis recommended a taxi driver, Colin, who turned out to be exceptional. I highly recommend him. He is honest, respectful, helpful, cheerful and very patient.

Lovely apartment within Margate Gardens. Great location across from beautiful beach and boardwalk. Alexis kept in touch throughout our 2 weeks.

A well-equipped apartment, with large living spaces. Being on the garden level made it easy to go in and out, the patio is very private. It is just a short walk to the boardwalk along the water that took us to the beach. The pool in the middle of the gardens was lovely. Alexis was very good at communicating with us upon arrival and at the end of our stay. Thank you!
