My family had a fantastic time at this Airbnb. Clean and beautifully decorated, Daniele was super friendly and gave us local recommendations, from early check in to the app that made are stay so manageable. The location was perfect with tram , supermarkets , restaurants and bus stops in walking distance. Dedicated parking which was a plus point. It was incredible, recommended for families.

Die Wohnung ist schlicht und modern eingerichtet und tipptopp sauber. In der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht. Der „Toaster“ ist allerdings ein Klappgrill. Einen klassischen Toaster gibt nicht. Uns haben die Kaffeekapseln für einen Tag gereicht. Eine gute Bar ist ganz in der Nähe. Wir waren im Februar da und erfreut über die gut funktionierende Heizung. Das Schlafzimmer liegt hinten raus zum Hof und man hört die Straße kaum. Genial sind der private Parkplatz und die Nähe zur Straßenbahn. WLAN war gut. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das einzige, was uns nicht gefallen hat, war der Geruch nach Abfluss im Bad.

We had an excellent experience. Daniele was extremely responsive, we sent several messages which were answered right away. There was also some great information on restaurants, things to do, etc. Taking the tram to Florence city center was easy and less than 10 minutes away. It couldn’t have been simpler. The apartment was very clean and matched the description. Thanks Daniele for an awesome stay!

The apartment is beautiful, with exceptional attention to detail, it has everything you may need and the best cleanliness and order I have ever seen in a rental. The host has really gone out of their way to accommodate any wish you may have. Very comfortable parking and very good instructions and communication. The only drawback is that it is a bit far from the center so you must be prepared to walk or be able to rent a bicycle.
