We had such an amazing time. This visit was just as memorable as the last. We always appreciate speaking with you and learning more about the farm. Our dogs had such a great time exploring the property and getting some playtime. The grounds were beautiful and allowed us to celebrate our special occasion, surrounded by the llamas and donkeys. Can’t wait to visit again!

We had a wonderful and relaxed week at Philip's place with our dog. Not sure who enjoyed it more, us or our dog Buca! Buca got to roam around the grounds off leash and had Philip's 2 chocolate labs to play with. We enjoyed relaxing at the place, hiking, cooking, dining out and had a lovely visit to the Clarke museum in Williamstown on a rainy day. We can't wait for our next visit! Oh, and I forgot to mention how fun it was to see the llamas, the donkeys and chickens! All from the airbnb windows or closer up if you take a walk around the farm. Philip is a great host and the property is beautiful. A very well stocked airbnb kitchen! We highly recommend!!

A beautiful hidden gem tucked away in the New York countryside. The peaceful location served as the perfect place to relax while we explored the surrounding area. The home itself is extremely clean, cozy, and quiet with many great local recommendations provided. Philip is an extremely responsive host and even let our dog play with his friendly chocolate labs on the farm. We would definitely stay again and would strongly recommend this home for anyone staying in the area!

This place is a find and Phillip is the best. The studio is beyond anything I’d imagined and we were both excited to be surrounded by this beautiful locale and all the animals. Some of the llamas actually live adjacent to the cottage so you get full on llama. The farm is secluded and scenic and the cottage has just about everything you could need!
