Absoluely loved this house! We felt right at home and the view was incredible! We were lucky enough to see the town fireworks from the back porch! Annie was very helpful and so kind. We are definitely returning next summer! Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway with loved ones.

Annie's house is a gem. The pictures hardly do justice to the overall look and feel of the place. The view is quite breath taking. The house is very comfortable and has decent amenities! We were a group of 7 people and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We loved the patio and the sun room, especially the collection of plants there.

I have a group of friends who likes to ski once a year on the east coast. We chose Smuggler's Notch this time and Annie's place seemed like a great spot where we could all stay together, and it was! There were 8 adults and one small child and with a few of us sharing beds we had plenty of space. Check in was easy and Annie came over briefly to show us everything we needed to know about the house. Otherwise we communicated via phone/text the rest of the weekend and she was very responsive. My one tip, which may go without saying: if it's winter and you're staying here get a 4-wheel drive vehicle! Through a rental car snafu we wound up with a RWD truck and we had some trouble getting out of the driveway, but Annie was very on top of making sure the driveway got plowed. The views from the sun room and living room were amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

I rented this place along with 8 friends during the memorial weekend. Annie was very flexible with the check-in and check-out timings. She was a wonderful host: very helpful--suggested us a lot of things we could do around the area which include biking, kayaking, hiking. She checked with us on a daily basis to see if everything was okay. The house was way beyond our imaginations and expectations, especially because of the stunning views of Mt. Mansfield and Lamoille River from the decks. There was a BBQ grill, chimenea, and fire place in the yard. The house had everything ( TV, Wi-Fi and TT table) and fully equipped kitchen. What else would you ask for? The back and front yards were huge. The place is close to Smugglers Notch and a lot of hiking trails. It is a wonderful place for a large group and would highly recommend this place.
