The Beaver Pond cottage is located on and adjacent to a beautiful refuge for birds, frogs and other wildlife. As a bird lover it was wonderful hearing the sounds coming from the property. The location of the rental is ideal for anyone wanting to explore that part of the coast. It is located on the edge of Manzanita and minutes from Canon Beach, Seaside and Tillamook. There is also a small town nearby named Wheeler that has one of the best antique shops on the coast. The house was very nice. The bed that we used was very comfortable. The water pressure was great in the shower and the kitchen was well stocked. The property Manager at Beach-break is amazing. She went over and above to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She was very communicative and promptly answered our questions.

I have stayed at the Beaver Pond Cottage twice this year (winter and spring). The house is very comfortable with its bedroom options. The kitchen is well-supplied. Great reading options in the way of books throughout the house. The hot tub and view of the pond/wetland area is stunning and plenty of good birdwatching right from the deck. The one to two-block distance walk to the beach is fabulous.

This Airbnb was wonderful. The house was impeccably clean, making me instantly comfortable and at ease. The location was a dream, with a short walk to the beach and a serene setting immersed in nature. The house itself was comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and ample seating areas. Nearby restaurants and shops were conveniently accessible by walk, bike, or drive. The hot tub was clean and inviting, perfect for relaxation. The only inconvenience was the requirement to launder the linens before leaving, which could slow down the check-out process. Despite this, I would not hesitate to stay here again. The exceptional cleanliness, ideal location, comfortable accommodations, and well-equipped kitchen made it a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway.

Great house. It had a great library of books, puzzles and games. Super comfortable. We took advantage of the hot tub. We had a great time.
