Incredible place! Very clean with Nice soft pillows and comfy beds. Great water pressure in the showers. Tons of room inside the house and an awesome space outback to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather.

There was really good communication from beginning to end and given the house was accessed through door codes, it was very easy to facilitate check in. Location was fantastic, very central and walkable to all major POI. Also very quick to get rideshare and nearby bikeshare to go further into the city when needed. For our large group, having both sides of the house was extremely helpful and a lot of space to accomodate all of us.

There's always unforeseen variables, but how they are handled make all the difference. As luck would have it, the house that I originally booked became flooded due to the neighbors doing some work on the main. I was really concerned because it was only a couple weeks away from my stay when I found out and was really scared I would not be able to find a new place to host 10 guys! Dave and Shinda were awesome with handling the situation, however. They found a new house with ample room for all of us in the exact same area. The place was in great shape, the adjustment was seamless, and the trip was a huge success in the end. Thanks Dave and Shinda!
