The house was okay, definitely a place rented to groups...alot. - funky layout, weird kitchen configuration, We had numerous issues, all promptly taken care of, but none of them should have occurred if the house had been thoroughly checked. No working batteries in TV remote or pool control. Broken deck chair. Security back door was ajar upon arrival and couldn't lock. Washer door was broken and could not be fixed during our stay. Little or no hand soap in the bathroom dispensers. Numerous pool floats were deflated and strewn around the property. One of the freezers had been left open and was caked with frost, making it unusable. Thus, no ice maker. Winter grass had just been planted and irrigation went on numerous times making the grassy area unusable. All 4 bikes in garage had flat tires. If you don't mind dealing with all this on your vacation, the house is fine. The Management company did make up for our disappointment but we spent too much time managing issues

The home is really lovely - great public spaces and pool and gardens are really beautiful - family loved the kitchen and the patios and the living room is great - the ancillary room connecting the main house with the casita was a bit odd initially but worked out ok - the casita was great for the teenagers / they loved it and enjoyed the separation - we went during the tennis tournament so the prices were peak but we definitely felt like it was a luxury experience - would definitely go back if we can at a different time of the year - the host is awesome as is the kitchen it was stocked - great memories and great trip thx

This home is exactly as pictured! Very spacious, and comfortable for a large group - we had about 10 people, 5 couples and it was perfect! Upon arrival, it can feel like the home is a maze but once you pick your rooms and start to get settled the lay out begins to get easier to navigate! The property is very private and makes you feel like you have your own private resort … when you are first arriving, the neighborhood may not be exactly what you expect but once you get inside the outside noises and houses seem to fade. The home is within walking distance to a few shopping centers, which turned out to be very convenient for lunch/shopping trips for a large groups. We opted to have the pool heated during our stay which was AMAZING, the water was perfect for hanging in during the winter days. And it was very easy to use the pool/spa controls. The backyard is complete with so much room for activities - bocce ball, mini golf, etc. - you seriously won’t need to leave once you arrive!

We stayed at Andy’s place for my birthday and it exceeded all of our expectations. The Airbnb is gorgeous and spacious and our group of 12 were able to have private time and group time throughout the weekend in the different spaces around the property. The location is close to lots of great spots but still feels like a private oasis. This was probably my favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed at and look forward to being back again in the future. Thank you so much Andy for such a wonderful weekend!
