Giuliano’s apartment is in a magnificent location in the most amazing town of Montepulciano. He was of the utmost hospitality throughout the entire stay and if we are ever fortunate enough to return, we will make sure we can stay in this apartment.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. We spent 4 nights at Giuliano’s place and it was magical. From being personally greeted, to the bevy of snacks, food, and beverages provided, to the complete amenities, Giuliano was an amazing host. The apartment is comfortable and warmly decorated. There are fresh flowers, books, and blankets. It has everything you need and is very walkable to anything in Montepulciano. I would not hesitate to recommend this place and should we return to Tuscany, would stay there again.

With the view beautiful view from the kitchen window and the warm hospitality offered us upon arrival, Giuliano's La Piazzetta was the best airbnb experience we have had. He helped us with parking in the public parking lot, walked us to the airbnb, and gave us many local recommendations of restaurants and things to do. He had even prepared fruits, cheeses, jams, and wine specific to the region to welcome us. The unit is just off the main road, so it couldn't have been easier to get to all of the shops and restaurants. Highly recommend and hope to be back someday!

Giuliano was a great host and his place in Montepulciano is as advertised with an amazing view out the Kitchen Window. Giuliano was very responsive with clear instructions up front and met us in the parking lot to ensure we got a parking spot and helped us to his place and showed us around. He even stocked it with some food to eat and a nice welcoming package! We enjoyed our two night stay in Montepulciano, which has great views, wine tasting and restaurants. Highly recommend La Piazzetta!

Guiliano greeted us in the parking lot and helped carry our luggage up the steps...our first Montepulciano workout! He even saved us a parking space (there was only one remaining). The parking lot is free and conveniently located to La Piazzetta (right at the top of the stairs). And such warm hospitality! Upon arrival, Guiliano asked us to wait outside. When he opened the door, we found music playing and an assortment of fruit, authentic appetizers, and drinks awaiting us! He also had breakfast food available. The panoramic view from the kitchen is breath-taking! We enjoyed being in the historic center of Montepulciano...so close to sights, restaurants, and wine tastings! We left, regretting that we only booked 2 nights, but thankful for such a wonderful stay!
