We had an amazing stay here! Great location, and it was easy to walk/bus to the slopes. The host was really responsive, and the shuttle driver was super friendly. There were plenty of beds, and a great kitchen. There's no TV in the main room, which was fine for us since we spent most of our time snowboarding. The cleaning staff were really nice, and they even figured out how to de-scale the coffee machine before it deactivated itself, which was really nice. Tips for other guests: - Learn the local buses! They make it easy to get to/from the welcome center (assuming no bags) and last resort the welcome center is only a 30min walk which is doable if you just have a snowboard. - If you have bags, make sure to reserve the shuttle a long time in advance! We made the mistake of requesting a return shuttle the day prior and it was already full, so we had to risk the buses (which are sometimes full) and fall back to walking. All in all, wonderful place, would definitely stay again!

Excellent stay. One if not the cleanest Air BnB I've stayed at. Better than many 5 star hotels. Elite Havens has done a fantastic job managing this property. Always feels good coming back after a long day on the slopes. The only small downside is the property is further down lower Hirafu. After a long day skiing you'll have to hike up the slope towards the main street for about 10min to get groceries.

super convenient loaction, and responsive staffs. during our week we had once full cleaing service and two times towel change. very helpful in getting snowboarding rental and pass. through them we had a private chef (Abe San) and that was a superb experience

Very nice staff,helpful.transfer was prefect,allways come very soon. Chalet is cleaning,we can found everything in kitchen. We enjoy the staying ,will come again !
