Amazing property. Extremely spacious. I hosted several guests pre and post graduation for my son. They ALL commented on the AWESOME property. Plenty of space, numerous gathering/seating options. Best kitchen amenities of any property I’ve stayed in. Unbelievably accommodating host. Trying to find a reason to make a return stay.

We rented the house for a team builder. Great to be able to have the dining room area as a work space, kitchen for snacks, everyone has their own room and bathroom, plus the book room and piano room for folks to have breakout discussion space. We took the recommendations on the fridge for walkable meals on the square and appreciated Victoria giving us the history of the house.

Everything was clean and inviting. Victoria answered questions quickly. Every bedroom had a bathroom. Our children all enjoyed themselves. It felt like home!

This listing was nice and fit our needs for our family trip. A big minus for us was how hot it was. When we got there it was sweltering and took over six hours to begin to get comfortable. The floors inside the house and pavement outside are all very uneven & have lots of unlabeled steps and cracks. This caused several members of our party to fall. The kitchen has no ventilation and lacked a broom. Because we cooked for every meal that we were there we would have liked to be able to clean up more. The location was good and the neighborhood very cute and walkable. The host was quick to reach out to us whenever we had an issue or a question.
