We stayed in the cottage which was really nice and had a great view and the hosts were really hospitable and cooked some of the best Sri Lankan curries we had during our trip.

This was for us probably the best accommodation in Sri-Lanka! Nice hotel, comfortable tree house, quick respons to our remark (there was a serious leakage on the tap of the wash basin, they repaired it immediately i.e. within 10 minutes), perfectly maintained swimming pool and garden. The hotel booked us a tuktuk for the PeraHera (at full moon!) and also the safari trip at correct prices (Yes! This is probably the only place in Sri Lanka where they do not grab percentage on this kind of service). Very friendly guests. I really recommend this hotel and tree house.

Interesting experience to sleep in a treehouse above a river. Host was very helpful and accommodating, could help with any and every question. Treehouse part of hotel river front so all hotelling needs also taken care of. Good place for a base when going to Yala national park.
