Casa Principal is the independent main house on the 60 hectares estate Monte West Coast. There are 13 more houses out on the estate. Located by the river in a lush valley 6 km from Odeceixe Beach. 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 passage room with single bed, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, 2 fireplaces, patios, verandas. 310 m2 Located in a beautiful valley only 6 km from the beach at Odeceixe and the center of the Natural Park, Casa Principal was restored from the ruins of an old watermill using traditional methods combined with modern comfort. The walls are 60 cm thick and to a great extent original. The areas are amazing, each bedroom measuring about 40 m2 and the livingroom over 65 m2. In front of the main entrance is a 80 m2 patio turned Southwest overlooking the meadow, the stream and the hills on the other side of the valley. A shade with wines and a beautiful bougainvillea growing on it protects the entrance. The house has two other verandas and patios, each with access from one of the suites. Just next to the house is the access to the estate's swimming pool which is available in the summer. It's located a bit up the hill and offers a beautiful view over the valley! There are three suites in the house, all with double beds (two of them 180x200 cm and the other one 160x200 cm) One bathroom has a bathtub, a shower, toilet and washbasin, the other two have only showers, toilet and washbasin. The living room is 65 m2 big, and has two fireplaces which are nice to use in the winter. The dining table sits 6-8 people. There is also a sofa group with a TV with dvd player. The kitchen is equipped with 4 plate gas stove, gas oven, fridge and freezer. There is a table in the kitchen which sits 4-6 people. There is a passage room in between one of the bedrooms and the bathroom with bathtub. In the passage room is a single bed, suitable for a child. If asked for in advance we can most likely arrange a crib for you. Maximum capacity of the house is 6 adults plus 4 children.
