I really enjoyed staying here. Ann's place is just as it is described in the listing, very clean and neat. It's in a great location close to everything LSU, restaurants, and resturants. I would definitely recommend Ann's place to anyone wanting to stay in the Baton Rouge, LA.

This was a very lovely place to stay in! It was quiet and there was plenty of parking. It was easy to get to places to eat and shop. The kitchen was well-stocked -- the best of any that we have stayed in! The bed mattress was perfect and super comfy. There was a good first-aid kit. We did't need it (thankfully) but we were impressed that there was one. The owner was wonderful to work with and very responsive to texts/emails. We highly recommend this place!!

I stayed at the condo for a month. The area is nice and safe, and is located close to several grocery/ convenience stores and lots of restaurants. My only complaints would be the internet(Cox is horrible), it rarely worked the entire time I was there, and although the condo was clean, there was a leak from the upstairs apartment with a horrible smell that occurred during my visit, but Joan and her husband came immediately to look into the situation and clean up the mess. I really appreciated that.
