Owners live at the first floor in the same house Apartment is spacious (100 m2), it consists of two bedrooms - each one with double bed: one bedroom has tv 45 inch, one big living room with sofa (can be turned into additional bed 130 x 190 cm if needed) and 65 inch TV, one little living room with TV and sofa (can be turned into additional bed 120 x 190 cm if needed), big well equipped kitchen (coffee Nestle machine, Coffee cooker, fridge etc.), bathroom with shower, washing machine and clothes dryer and one additional toilet. Apartment has a large terrace (cca 50 - 60 m2) with barbecue and partially sea view. There is a nice walking area just near the house - walking path "Carmen Sylve" where you can enjoy relaxing walks, just few steps from apartment. Since there are no other tourist apartments in the house (owners live on the first floor of the house and apartment is situated on the ground floor of the house) quests can enjoy their privacy on big private terrace - 60 m2 with natural shadow, garden furniture and partially sea view. Child friendly & baby friendly :-) Owners live at location (in the same house on the first floor) and help quests if needed with all necessary tourist informations. Check-in is flexible since owners live in the same house. Tourist prospects and all necessary tourist informations are available in the apartment. House is situated in one very peaceful location with beautiful views and still just 10 - 15 walking minutes away from the center of Opatija and beaches in Opatija. Green area and nice walking area just near the house - beautiful wood walking path "Carmen Sylve". Smoking is allowed only outside (terrace and all places outside) - no smoking area in the apartment. Quests have at disposal private parking for two cars closed with a gate
