Nice place, great location to explore Point Reyes. The cottage itself is great but it’s next to a road and you do hear cars. It gets mostly quiet during the night but just something to keep in mind.

A friendly feeling cottage with big windows, efficient heating, and a serviceable kitchenette, as well as an outdoor patio in the backyard. Abuts the highway, but the traffic noise isn’t too bad. Enjoyed my stay.

Kelly pays attention to small details. Plenty of dishes for us to cook a beautiful meal. Well insulated and cozy cottage. Palace Market nearby had all the necessities. Kelly has very helpful guides for the area and local hikes. Definitely would stay again!

The cottage is a small historic building. Shower is not the greatest but adequate. Felt quintessentially Californian. The area is amazing.

The cottage is a sweet little studio with everything you could need for a weekend away. It sits on the corner of a small property right behind a larger house but separated by some bushes. The kitchen was well stocked for us to have a night in and cook dinner. The small patio outside was lovely for resting and the cows outside the window in the morning were wonderful! It’s only a few minutes drive to point Reyes station. We checked out the farmers market on Saturday, would recommend! As others have mentioned, the head wall of the bed is truly right against the road, so on a busy weekend the car traffic is substantial, especially if it’s warm and you have the windows open. Overall, it was great for a weekend away and Kelly was a helpful and communicative host.
