PROS: Since I was not here to tour the sites, the location was perfect to get away from the crowds and pesky vendors in the historical city center. Walkable distance to nice coffee shops, restaurants and Real Plaza. I felt very safe walking around the neighborhood. The hot water in the shower works great! Wifi works good although you will have to switch connections: there are two: one for the living room area and the other for the bedroom area. We used the king bed and it was very comfortable. When I reported an issue, the owner was responsive and offered to have maintenance come to resolve it. CONS: The view from the living room is not quite as depicted in the photos. It’s a decent view but some buildings have been erected that slightly obstruct the view. There is a daycare next door so you will hear the kiddos if you are there on a weekday. If you work remotely and have conference calls, I recommend having a headset or earbuds.

The location was perfect, not to far from the city mall and it was extremely peaceful at night and the apartment was cool during late March so didn’t need the AC at all, spacious and really felt like home as soon we got there. The staff made it really feel safe and it never an issue to plan the rides with the excursions while there, I would definitely stay again

The apartment is perfectly located about a 10-15 minute taxi to Plaza de Armas. It is located in a very nice neighborhood where we felt safe and secure. Our hosts Elisa and Jose were amazing, checking in on us every once in a while making sure we didnt need anything. If I return to visit Cusco, I will definitely stay here again.

Excellence location, home, and hosts. Eliza and Jose were great communicators and highly responsive. Eliza welcomed us home and answered any of our questions. The home was clean, spacious, and had unbelievable views from the two bedrooms and living room. Showers were nice and warm. The location was perfect for those looking for space away from the central plaza (12m drive/taxi/uber). Santa Monica neighborhood is quiet and neighborhoody + there is a mall and grocery store nearby for any of your needs. Highly recommend to any travelers looking for a spacious spot without being in the central plaza area.

Wunderschönes airbnb! Alles ist blitzsauber und in echt sehen die Räumlichkeiten noch besser aus als auf den Fotos. Man hat sehr viel Komfort und fühlt sich sehr sicher, was nach einer Tour auf die Berge oder Ähnliches auch nötig ist. Auch nachts wird es nicht wirklich kalt in dem airbnb und selbst wenn einem kalt ist gäbe es genug Decken und 2 Heizungen. Zu fuß ist das Zentrum in ca. 45 Minuten erreichbar. Ein Taxi kostet nur zwischen 8-10 sol. Ein riesiges Einkaufszentrum ist nur 5 min. Erreichbar. Elisa war zuständig für uns und war extrem hilfsbereit. Antworten bekamen wir immer innerhalb von Sekunden! Vielen dank an Jose und Elisa für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir würden dieses airbnb wieder buchen!
