Fantastic host, very friendly, ready to help and very present. Check in and check out done with agency but he's hands on to ensure it runs smoothly. Definitely recommended! Excellent position of the 3 storey flat which is in good condition with a wonderful double terrace which offers a beautiful view over the little town. Good functioning washing machine with washing liquid available. Good functioning of fridge and air conditioning. Great Bar around the corner of the flat at the piazza. We had excellent service and breakfast there. On the other side of the flat there's a gelateria called Sugar with the best gelato money can buy. We had a great stay! Thank you Francesco:-)

The communication with Francesco was great from the beginning. We had to change our departure date about 5 days before our arrival to an earlier date, because Ryanair was going to be on strike. Francesco had sympathy with us and cancelled 2 nights without any hesitation. Thank you again Francesco, because we ended up finding out that our flight back really was cancelled. Upon our arrival, we picked up the key at a real estate agency and it worked out well even though we do not speak Italian. Free Parking was always really easy to find and we went to lots of little towns around the area. Puglia is beautiful and the people are very friendly. Francesco‘s house is in a great Location, only a few steps to walk to the main square, where you will find a beautiful market on Saturday. The town itself is very lively and there are no tourists, so great for the real Italian feeling. The house had everything we needed , it was very quiet and we really enjoyed our stay. We will be back 😊 Thank you, Francesco for your understanding! We had a great holiday.

Appartamento carino e pulito su più livelli, basta abituarsi alle scale per godersi casa e terrazza. Piccolo disagio al check in: a causa dell'assenza dell'host, ci siamo dovuti organizzare con un'agenzia immobiliare della zona per avere le chiavi, chiusa al nostro arrivo. Per il resto consigliatissimo anche per soste prolungate, Francesco è stato super disponibile.

Appartement parfait! Situé dans un village rempli de charme. Emplacement parfait pour visiter la région. La voiture se gare facilement à 20 m. L’appartement est sur 2 étages, et un roof top privé avec une vue magnifique! C’est très calme. Allez-y les yeux fermés. Francesco est l’hôte de plus chaleureux et accueillant que j’ai pu rencontrer pendant mon trip en Italie (5 air bnb). Je le recommande vivement! Grazie!

Alloggio curato, accogliente, con arredamento moderno, situato in uno dei caratteristici borghi di Castellana. Terrazza all'ultimo piano dalla quale si ha una bella panoramica della città. Comunicazione con l'host, veloce e puntuale. Da consigliare!
