I had a wonderful time at Juan Carlos' place. The bungalow was spacious, the garden beautiful and Juan Carlos a really helpful host, giving me useful recommendations, organizing trips and really caring when I was sick with a sunstroke. Thanks so much Juan Carlos for the wonderful time!

Juan Carlo's cottages are unique and have beautifully decorated interiors, with fabulous original works of art from local and Peruvian artists of reknown, eclectic furniture pieces, and Juan Carlos's ability to imbue the spaces with welcoming coziness and a sense of home, as opposed to sterile and unpersonal interiors. The cottages have been designed by Juan Carlos himself and with his own architectural principles, which reflect both historical colonial constructions and the surrounding natural traits of Urubamba. Juan Carlos is undoubtedly an architect in his own right. The cottages have absolutely everything you may need on your stay, and that practically make them a home away from home. yet their thoughtful and very personal interior spaces is what makes them so special. The welcoming and charming interiors come with a sublime and exhuberant garden, a universe of its own in the neighborhood. Add to that Juan Carlos' hospitality, and you have found the best place in Urubamba.

Juan Carlos es un host excelente. Hicimos una reserva a último minuto y siempre estuvo súper atento a todo lo que podríamos necesitar. El Airbnb estaba impecable, todos los días lo venían a limpiar y de paso nos dejaban pan, frutas y otros detalles. Tienen un jardín espectacular donde se siente mucha paz y también está ubicado cerca al centro de Urubamba por si buscas un poco más de movimiento. Cuando volvamos al valle definitivamente nos quedaremos donde Juan Carlos de nuevo. Gracias por todo :)
