I stayed at Kathy’s for a month and everything was as seamless as could be. The unit was deep-cleaned once per week and the in-unit AC/heater made the unit incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was only a few steps away and I originally thought it would be a bit of a hassle but it was very easy to use and she provided plenty of cooking utensils/cookware. Kathy was incredibly helpful with recommending places to eat in West Hollywood and the surrounding area. She also offered me plenty of privacy throughout my stay which I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone who is passing through for a short time or is looking for a longer stay!

I stayed in Kathy’s casita for a month and had a wonderful experience. She was incredibly nice and kind, always explaining her neighborhood and often giving me rides to the supermarket or places I wanted to visit. Kathy is a truly helpful host, always eager to assist whenever I encountered any issues. Her house is centrally located in the city, making it easy to get around Los Angeles, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. I could walk to Whole Foods Market, The Grove, and the Farmer’s Market in just 15 minutes. Additionally, I could reach Melrose Ave and Beverly Center in 10 minutes on foot. The casita was clean and spacious, and a cleaning lady came every week to tidy up the room. She was also very helpful and kind. If any of my friends come to LA, I will definitely recommend Kathy’s house.

Stayed for a month and had a very positive experience. The place is centrally located and there is lots to do within walking distance. Kathy is very friendly and willing to help! I highly recommend!

I’ve stayed with Kathy for over a year and it’s been a real pleasure. I felt very at home, the airbnb has a lot of charm, and Kathy is a super helpful and accomodating host. It’s a beautiful neighbourhood in a great location, lots of walkable options to go out. I would always stay here again.

I have enjoyed my stay at Kathy's Casita, the setup is more than ideal for living and working from home. Kathy is extremely friendly and attentive if you need anything. The neighborhood is also quiet and pleasant but still easy enough to walk to Canter's Deli/Farmers Market/Trader Joe's/Whole Foods. If I am ever in LA again this is the first place I'd stay!
