Irina is a good host. They are very friendly. It is a very comfortable place to stay.

My stay was fair. Irina is super nice and accommodating should you have any issues. You only have the bedroom to yourself, everything else is shared with other guests, which I don't think is worth the money. If you like to cook, this place isn't for you. There is a fridge, microwave, and toaster oven, but no workable sink. There is a dirty plastic sink with some pipes running down that I could not figure out how to work. There should be a photo of the kitchen space downstairs because I did not expect to have that little to work with. For a place that requires 30-day minimum stays, there should be more amenities available. The bed in the room is old and creaky, which should be replaced. Also, make sure to ask Irina to put in a space heater if staying during the winter months because the heat in the room doesn't work. She is really helpful and nice, but the stay would be more comfortable if the place gets a little renovated.

This is a clean, comfortable place that is well worth the price. The host is very helpful in every area. The home is close to transportation, shopping, and many great restaurants, and the Washington Metro Rail in Glenmont.
