I spent 2 nights solo in what I found out was a basement apartment-- it has an open entryway leading down to a large 30x30 space with 2 double beds and kitchen area, with a small bathroom in the back corner. The bare cement floor was cold in winter and there's no ceiling insulation and I could hear upstairs neighbors walking on floor above. Upstairs neighbors had a loud argument first night there that kept me awake at 10:30; started up again around midnight and again before 5 AM. I messaged manager twice but got no response. Next morning I asked to move to another one of their units for my second night and got no response, although there was no problem with sound from upstairs and I was able to get a good night's sleep. Besides these problems the unit looked clean but when I wiped up a little water that had leaked from the shower the towel turned black from the dirty floor. My wife and I have enjoyed several stays at the adjacent Marquette Hotel but I would not return to their AirBnb.

This place was better than I expected. Also it was at a walkable distance from downtown. I fully recommend it!

Our stay was ideal ! The beds are comfy, the room was so spacious, great seating, the amenities were as describe and the cafe had tasty offerings and friendly staff! We’ll definitely rent again💖
