Welcome to our Yurta! It is a traditional wooden hut, hand and purpose built around the centrally positioned open wood fire. It can be enjoyed all year round as it is warm and cosy in winter and breezy in summer. It is suitable for groups or couples. It sleeps 6 comfortably but groups up to 8 can be accommodated. Please bring your own sleeping bags, pillows are provided. Yes, we have Wifi in Yurta! You will be cooking on the wooden stove, yet lights and electric kettle are provided as par of the modern comforts, for your convenience. You will feel one with nature and eastern european tradition, guaranteed! Just a few steps away is a toilet and basic bathroom. You can have a great, hot body wash by boiling water first or......jump into the lake nearby! Your call. There is also a sauna on the property but additional charges will apply.

Jedynm słowem wspaniałe miejsce. Poza wyjątkowym klimatem mieszkania z specyficznych warunkach jakimi jest Jurta jedną z rzeczy którą chyba najbardziej doceniam to brak zasięgu w obiekcie. Dla kogoś kto w normalnych warunkach ma problem z powstrzymaniem się od odbierania telefonu na urlopie jest to idealne miejsce na odpoczynek.

Die Jurte ist ein wirklich kuscheliger, heimischer Ort. Die Lage ist ruhig und das Verhältnis/Distanz zu anderen Menschen & Host sehr angenehm. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und nicht modern aber wer den Wert auf Ruhe und einen Ort für Gemeinschaft mit Freunden/Familie legt ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Jurta w Płocicach to miejsce które, po przekroczeniu jego progu, przenosi Cię w inny wymiar. Z dala od zgiełku miasta, zasięgu wszelakich sieci, jak i codziennych problemów. To klimatyczne miejsce, w którym nie tylko można poobcować z naturą ale odnaleźć siebie na nowo.

Plocice is a picturesqe small village surrounded by the native forrests and meadows.
However, we are closeby to small country town Lipusz and medium size Koscierzyna.
Nearby Lubiana is a factory of the famoust polish ceramic tableware.
If you are coming from far away by car, you will be able to visit Gdansk and Sopot in just one day, be back by supper.
Closest public transport is some 5 km away.
If you are travelling by foot, please let us know.
We maybe able to coordinate our travels to Koscierzyna for drop off or pick up.

Our names are Andrzej and Gosia. I am ex forestry worker, traditional method builder and currently manager of the estate. I have lived locally for the past 30 years and built my present home with timber, true to local building methods. I developed the surrounding estate with commitment to the local culture. My wife Gosia and I raised our family here. We are living alone at present, since the children grew up and moved out. We are very proud home owners working on the improvement of the estate constantly. We are both warm and welcoming people, happy to receive visitors from around the world and will gladly pass on the joy of living in the most beautiful part of rural Poland and our home. We both love animals and keep three georgous husky dogs. In winter they pulled our sledges and bicycles in summer. We are also keen organisers of local events; being traditional"Kulig", New Years celebrations or kanoeing through local rivers and lakes. The Sauna I built is a welcome relieve to a sore body after a busy day of activities. I have limited german, english and russian communication skills, working on its improvement.
