¡Welcome to Apartamentos los Nazarenos! We rent 5 spacious villas around a tropical garden, heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by colourful hammocks. You can keep up your condition in our gym which has an eliptical cross trainer, an ab bench, weights and yoga mats. If this apartment is unavailable, ask for our other apartments or rooms. We are located in a quiet cobble stone street at walking distance of all main tourist attractions. Secure parking available across the street. Each flat has marble bathrooms and a wooden kitchen with granite top. All flats have huge glass sliding doors for lots of sunlight and great views on garden and mountains. Each flat has his modem for high-speed internet and wifi. A 32 inch flat screen TV provides you with 100 channels of entertainment. The flat comes with daily or weekly cleaning service. We change your towels, sheets, soap, shampoo, kitchen towels and table cloth. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new pots and pans, kitchenware, cutlery, microwave, blender, coffee-maker, toaster and a big refrigerator. In the common area you have a large garden of 250 m2, a cozy pergola where you can chat with other guests, 2 relaxing fountains, laundry area, and fully equipped bathroom for visitors. Just opposite the street we have a secured parking space for up to 10 vehicles. We offer delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner if you don't want to cook yourself. We also offer taxi-service, motorcycle rental and bicycle rental. We have two types of flats: 2 LEVEL FLAT (4-6 pax) - 2 private marble bathrooms - 2 walk-in closets - master bedroom on mezzanine with 1 king bed + 1 matrimonial bed - standard bedroom with 1 queen bed - 1 panoramic terrace upstairs - 1 terrace downstairs with 2 hammocks - kitchen, dining room for 6-8pax, and living room 1 LEVEL FLAT (4 pax) - 2 standard bedrooms with 2 queen beds and huge wardrobes - 1 marble bathroom - kitchen, living room, dining room for 4 pax - 1 terrace with 2 hammocks and 1 rocking chair - best views on the garden - high colonial ceiling Extra beds are possible on request.

We had a fantastic stay. This was one of our favorite month stays. We worked remotely here and the wifi was fast and reliable. The place was clean and received multiple cleanings a week with new towels and linens. Grounds were beautifully kept. It was a great little walk to town and we never had to take tuktuks- it’s a very manageable walk. Tom, Margeory, and Walter were extremely kind and responsive to anything we might need. I can’t imagine you can find a better place to stay in Antigua, especially for long stays!
Great apartment, peaceful and quiet place.
We are frequent travelers and have been all over the Americas, and I have to say this is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. It’s not just a hotel or inn; it’s like a small resort. Tom thinks of everything and is extremely attentive, as is his staff. The pool, hot tub, courtyard and terraces are lovely and the views are spectacular. This is one of the nicest places in Antiqua and I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.

Tom ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber und die Mitarbeitenden vor Ort sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend, höflich, hilfsbereit, flexibel und schauen nach dem Rechten und Sauberkeit. Wäsche waschen (gegen kl. Aufpreis) sowie Appartment 2x wöchentl. gründlich reinigen und Badetücher rege wechseln, machen Sie sehr effizient und mit viel Freude. Balkon und Whirlpool empfanden wir als sehr beruhigend und sehr wertvoll. Die Möglichkeit für kleine Aufpreise vor Ort zu essen (auf Bestellung) oder kleine Snacks und Getränke zu erwerben ist genial und haben wir auch gebraucht. Es ist alles sehr familiär und mit vollstem Respekt allen Bewohnern gegenüber. Bis zum Central Park in Antigua läuft man 15min und einige Kiosks und Restaurants sind aber bereits nach 5min zu erreichen. Wir können als unternehmungslustiges Paar dieses Haus nur wärmsten empfehlen! Wünschen der ganzen Crew alles Gute!
This is a wonderful option in Antigua! The listing photos just don't do it justice. It's beautiful once you're inside the property. So serene, peaceful, and immaculately cared for. Anything you need, Tom and his team have got you covered. We were there with my parents and our two young kids (4 and 5). I'm sure we terrorized everyone else staying there but we did our best not to, while also thoroughly enjoying the property! The pool and hot tub are in the courtyard, contrary to what this listing indicated (offsite resort access). Everything was very walkable but nothing closer than at least a 10 min walk. As you get accustomed to your surroundings it feels shorter and shorter each time. Overall, I highly recommend this place. My mom is already saying she wants to come back with our entire extended family for her retirement party 🥳

We are located in the north side of town in a quiet U-turn street where there is almost no traffic. This is a residential neighborhood where the locals will greet you in the streets.
At just a couple of blocks walking you will find the bustling town with all kinds of restaurants, bars, local businesses and tourist attractions like the ruins.
For those who are interested in studying Spanish, the Spanish Antigueña Academy with its beautiful gardens is located in our block, so very convenient.
Antigua Guatemala is a relatively small town and you can walk the whole historic center by foot. The Municipal Market is only 5 minutes walking and the Central Park is 10 minutes walking. Bring good shoes as it can be a challenge to walk on the old cobblestone streets.
¡Yes there is Uber in Antigua! Uber can take you for about 3 USD anywhere into town, and about 6 USD for the surrounding villages.
There is bus stop at the corner of our street, where you can take a chicken bus to the central bus station, from where you can take another chicken bus to the surrounding villages.
For far distances we recommend tourist shuttles which you can book with us. We offer shuttles to lake Atitlan, beach Monterrico, capital Guatemala, etc…
In order to visit Tikal we recommend taking an airplane with the national airline company Tag Airlines from Guatemala City to Flores. The flight takes 1 hour and costs about 250 USD both ways.

Tom was born and raised in Belgium, where he got a Master’s degree in Translation Studies. After his university studies he travelled to Guatemala for a sabbatical year and immediately fell in love with this beautiful country and its joyful people. He would never forget Guatemala again. Back in Belgium he worked as a language teacher, but as he had already caught the travel bug, he decided to start working in tourism. He worked in Spain, Greece, Dominican Republic, Mexico, and finally he decided to settle in Guatemala where he made his dream come true by building his own Airbnb which he baptized “Apartamentos los Nazarenos”. Tom lives and works at “Apartamentos los Nazarenos”, so he is always around if you need anything during your stay. Tom runs his Belgian translation business from his office at the apartment complex, so he is very quick in responding your e-mails and messages. His secretary Margeory might also respond your messages. Tom has a team of cleaning ladies who keep your vacation rental perfectly clean and a team of handymen who fix in no second the hot water, the toilet,... whatever might break down ;-) A professional IT specialist takes care of our internet network and our camera system. Tom is very fond of good internet ! Tom tries to offer his guests the best amenities he can. His guests are like family to him so he does everything in his possibilities to make them feel at home !
