We enjoyed our stay at Charlie's lovely home. Communication with Charlie was timely and courteous. Charlie's caretaker met me at the home and showed me around so I was familiar with the facilities. The home was obviously recently remodeled. The kitchen, laundry area and bathroom facilities were new and spotless. We enjoyed relaxing in the quiet patio area and took advantage of the provided grill for cooking meals. We were very busy with business while in town so did not have much time to take advantage of what Lompoc has to offer. But enjoyed a few meals at unique nearby eateries. Would definitely stay here again when the opportunity presents itself.

Clean home with a great back patio for BBQs and fire pit. Quiet cul-de-sac with great parking.

Great Location and wonderful amenities. Charlie is very personable and the kitchen has everything for cooking. With my food allergies it was a necessity. We loved the cul de sac and the trees. Great in every way. 6 weeks ent by in a flash.
