Pretty out of the way from Bilbao... very, very loud because the rooms were so close to each other and large groups staying in rooms. Could hear everything really late into the night like 3am. Shared bathroom made the problem pretty aggressive as well as putting rooms so close together.

We loved out stay at Inaki's bed and breakfast. Inaki was very helpful in giving us tips for how to get around Bilbao (although be aware that he speaks only Spanish and a bit of French), and even went so far as to give us a lift to the parking area near the Funicular. The location of the house is ideal in my opinion - up on a hill, in a quiet, calm, and green residential area that is actually only minutes above the heart of the city. You can easily take the funicular to get into town, and once there you can access most of the city by foot or with the metro. We will definitely stay at Inaki's again in the future!
