This is a lovely property in the picturesque village of Grassington. You can walk into the village in a few minutes where there are some lovely restaurants and coffee shops. Sian gave us some great walk recommendations with local knowledge to avoid the queues etc Breakfast was lovely and Sian was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended stay - very spacious room with lovely views.

Sian's B&B was the perfect accommodation for our weekend walking in the dales. big rooms, comfy beds, hot showers and a delicious homemade breakfast each morning. Sian was very welcoming and friendly. I'd have no hesitation to book again either with friends or my family.

Me and my 6 friends stayed for a weekend at Sian’s beautiful house. The views from each bedroom are breathtaking and restaurants, bars and cafes only 7 minute walk into Grassington centre. Excellent quality breakfast and such a warm friendly host. We all loved chilling out in the spacious lounge after our walk around the hills. It really did feel like home from home and can’t wait to return in the near future.

Fabulous location, very comfortable with exceptionally kind hosts. Breakfast was lovley and all up very good value for money. Highly recommend this stay & bonus very easy stroll to local pubs and town.

We had a most enjoyable time in Grassington. The house and its facilities were ideal. The spacious rooms were so comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The house is near the centre of Grassington with a good choice of restaurants and it is convenient for other towns in the area, which we also enjoyed visiting. Thank you, Sian, we had a really good stay! Highly recommended!
