Our stay in Nahant was fabulous. The home is a beautiful, spacious and on the ocean. Our hosts Sara and Carl were amazing. We were warmly greeted and given a tour of the home and an explanation of the utilities etc. The home sleeps ten easily and the beds are so comfortable. The hosts provide all the essentials including water and snacks for everyone to enjoy. Carl and Sara thought of everything and accommodated any requests we made. We wanted to have a fire and within minutes they arrived with wood! Their restaurant suggestions were outstanding. We went to an Italian place and the food was delicious. There is a notebook providing a history of the home and plenty of suggestions for dining, activities and exploring the north shore and Boston. Our family had an outstanding time thanks to Sara and Carl with their generosity and hospitality. We highly recommend this ocean front gem in Nahant.

Staying at Sara and Carl‘s place was the highlight of our summer. They are both incredibly kind and welcoming hosts. They went out of their way to give us a tour of the property and always inquired if we needed anything. If you read the book that they leave you, it tells you a history of the house, and why they decided to Airbnb their home- both of these stories are incredibly special & unique. We told them we had babies coming, & they laid out a bunch of furniture & supplies. They had lots of beach chairs & towels for us to use it so we could seemlessly go to the beach as a large group. The house somehow manages to take you back in time yet feel extremely updated and luxurious. I took pictures of the floors and finishes because the house was so beautiful so I could use for inspiration later. I really cannot say enough good things about this property &about the hosts. This is the best Airbnb we have ever experienced. We hope to be back to the house for another stay soon.

We had a wonderful stay in Nahant--the home is beautifully situated on the water, walkably close to a wonderful beach (that Carl and Sara provide chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc for) and a short drive to Salem and closer restaurants in Swampscott or Linn. Carl and Sara are incredible hosts, so responsive and helpful yet in the background as they share an adjoining space. They really understand the details of what makes a stay work--from the well stocked kitchen to the family games they brought by, to the assistance accepting and putting away groceries we ordered in advance. I can't say enough good things about how comfortable they made us feel and how great our vacation was because of that. Lovely getaway and has our highest recommendation.

Carl & Sara not only have a beautiful, well kept home, but are phenomenal hosts! They were available for any questions with fast responses and were super sweet with lovely little amenities upon arrival. The little baskets of shampoo and soap on every bed with towels was an added treat I was not expecting- very hotel like and thoughtful! My family raved about the style of the home and the view! The view of the water is stunning and quite frankly my favorite part of the home. I couldn’t have asked for a better space to fit my extended family’s every need. I can guarantee my family will stay here again! Which is saying a lot because some of my family members are quite picky! By far one of the best airbnbs I have ever stayed in!!
