We absolutely loved our stay at Kingston House. We had 2 families with a total of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids). Everybody had comfy beds and we still had an extra room for the kids to play in. It was a little cold, so we enjoyed getting cozy by the fire and Matt provided plenty of firewood, even restocking when we got low. The large windows also provided lovely views of the property. The kids loved looking for frogs and watching the koi in the waterfall/pond. We also enjoyed walking around the property, the pond, and the gardens. And the hot tub was incredible! The house is beautiful and was very well kept and clean. Matt was an incredible host and was also very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Kingston house was beautiful. Perfect getaway to spend time with my bridal party and friends before my wedding day. It provided us with exactly what we wanted and that was to form bonds and create memories. Thank you Matt

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful mid-century modern home. The home was not only aesthetically pleasing but in a fabulous location and also spotlessly clean. We loved the small personal touches the owner left for us, making our experience extra special. Highly recommended for a memorable and comfortable stay!

We celebrated the holidays at Kingston House and had a lovely stay. This is probably one of the best Airbnb experiences we have ever had in our years of renting. The house is not only beautiful in terms of the finishes and decor, but the spaces have been thoughtfully articulated for whatever we needed: cozy nooks for reading and relaxing, a space for us all to watch holiday movies, an area for group meals and we had plenty of room for board games and puzzles. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we ended up staying in most nights we were there. The grounds are also beautiful and expansive - perfect for morning walks with our pups. Both check-in and check-out was a breeze and provided a stress free holiday and the Christmas Tree was a thoughtful touch. We truly had a magical and rejuvenating stay and can't wait to come back.
