The village Gasselternijveen is located in the middle of the beautiful nature reserves the Hondsrug and the National Park Drentse Aa. On the edge of the village is this attractive house located. It has all facilities, a sauna and a view of the Oude Weer nature reserve. In short, it is wonderful to stay in this characteristic farmhouse that used to serve as a bakery. Rural setting on the edge of the nature of the "Old Weather" where the flow of river Hunze its former glory is restored. The terrace adjacent to the pony paddock with extras both a WII game console, DVD player with movies and games. If you arrive the beds are made and you get a free towel package. Free parking on site.

We hebben enorm genoten van het verblijf bij Leo & Patty. Het is een prachtige, charmante plek. Voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Dankjewel! Ik en de kids vonden het super.
Sehr freundliche und tolle Gastgeber und ein traumhaft schönes Ferienhaus. Besonders die untere Etage hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Wenn Sie eine große Unterkunft für bis zu 12 Personen, z. B 6 Paare suchen, ist dies der perfekte Ort. Sehr wohnlich, Platz genug, um sich zu separieren, aber auch sehr schöne, sehr große und modern eingerichtete Gemeinschaftsräume ermöglichen gemütliche Abende. Auch von außen sehr gepflegte Anlage. Sehr zu empfehlen, gut gelegen für Radtouren in die Umgebung. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.
We hebben prima familiedagen gehad in het huis van Leo en Patty. Wat een ruimte en ruimtes! Ook buiten want daar is een grasveld om te spelen, te relaxen al dan niet bij de barbecue. De voorzieningen zijn prima. Wij hebben inmiddels onze vrienden al getipt!

Gasselternijveen situated in a rural and tourist area with woods around the corner. There is much to do and see in the cultural and recreational area. It is central to Assen, Emmen and Groningen. The village itself has all amenities within walking distance including a bakery, butcher and supermarket and cafeteria. There are also good restaurants in the vicinity.
The village has a good bus service to surrounding cities. The apartment is within walking distance from the bus stop. By car from the motorway, easy to find.
