Et vakkert hus i fantastisk landlige omgivelser. Dette er det perfekte huset for de som ønsker fred og ro. Verten Giampiero er en utrolig omgjengelig kar som ønsker å gi den beste opplevelsen når man bor i huset hans. Han svarer raskt og fikser det som trengs. Det eneste jeg har å utsette på oppholdet var at det ikke fremgikk av annonsen av at det var et eksternt anneks med 2 sengeplasser. Dette annekset burde oppgraderes grunnet et ganske omfattende fuktproblem. I tillegg fikk dessverre av 8 pers ørebetennelse den første uken grunnet for dårlig vannkvalitet i bassenget. Alt i alt var det likevel et fantastisk opphold der Gianpiero virkelig gjorde alt han kunne for at vi skulle trives.

La maison de Giampiero est très belle et cossue : 5 grandes chambres, une piscine couverte, un terrain de tennis privatif et surtout, une vue panoramique à couper le souffle sur la montagne. La maison était propre, notre hôte a été arrangeant et disponible. Nous avons eu un petit souci avec le portail de la propriété et Giampiero a été très réactif pour le régler au plus vite.

We were a family of four adults and five children staying in the house with two others staying in Amandola but using the house during the day. The house was well set up for this number of people and was very spacious with lots of shaded and sunny areas outside to eat, play and have fun plus lots of communal sitting areas inside although we hardly used them as the weather was so hot. The super pool was under cover but open air so sun tan lotion not required. Marvellous space for children to play with fabulous views of the Sibillinis and surrounding area. Giampiero was very welcoming and immediately responded to a problem that occurred late at night and sorted it out. A lovely week which enabled a family get-together.

Our family of three stayed at the villa Cerretino for 8 days and we can confirm what other guests have written before us. The house is not just big, but grand, without being imposing; clearly no expense was spared when it was renovated and decorated some time ago, with great taste, style and character by the owner and current host. The setting is very private and there are many places to enjoy and hang out, both in and outside the house, depending on the weather and time of day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, using the pool, playing tennis or billiard and exploring the surroundings. The Sibillini mountains offer plenty of (sign-posted) walks and hikes for all tastes. It is also a pleasure to recommend our host Giampiero, who made us feel very welcome, and to thank him for going out of his way to fix a couple of small issues we encountered during our stay. We are very seasoned travellers and have stayed in many vacation homes, but this one makes it right to the top of our list of best-loved places!
