A great house for a big group. Perfect location on the seafront and an easy bus ride into Eastbourne.

I've been to a good number of airbnbs and Jane's home stood out the most. We had age groups ranging from 1 to 73yrs and I can say it was the perfect home for a family gathering under 1 roof. Jane's home felt very airy and homely with great attention to detail. Waking up to the sound of the waves and the sun rise in the morning was picture perfect. (All the rooms have a view of the sea :) heaven The kitchen is well equipped, perfect for a big family. The weather was comfortable enough and we enjoyed walking by the sea which is just in front of the house. What more could you ask for :) beautiful surroundings and we can't wait to return again. Thanks for being a great host Jane :)

As 5 families (13 people) annually coming together to share one big place we have stayed in quite a few different air BnBs. This one has been our complete favourite. It was totally perfect, a lovely home which just was instantly welcoming, cosy with a lovely feeling about it. We have never had such space. We all just relaxed and unwound, falling to sleep with the sound of the sea. With an age range from 4 to 66 years old, we all loved it. And just the most kind and wonderful host too. Thank you Jane, it was just what we needed.

We had a lovely stay over New Years Eve! The house is so nice and perfect a group of friends or family. We enjoyed many sharing style dinners at the big kitchen table and played games in the living room. It’s so well stocked and great number of bathrooms for the number of bedrooms! Great location with stunning sea views!
