We stayed at Hibiscus Hideaway for Feb and March and the location and amenities were perfect for our longer stay. The home is on the quiet side of a busy key and we liked the easy access to the south bridge (both on and off). The home and pool area are private and very easy to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings and lagoon. Turtle beach is ~1.0 mile easy walk and Point of Rocks at access #13 a bit longer but easy to bike and/or take the trolley to the 7 Eleven stop! We rent homes often and Ann's place had a few key differentiators such as: Comfortable beds/mattresses, linens, pillows! Multiple sitting areas, office, but still cozy. The "pay it forward" of guests grabbing and leaving items like cleaning products, spices, storage and garbage bags - super helpful. Plenty to start with and just replace as used. Finally, a clean grill with plenty of propane! Ann is an exceptional communicator and a very helpful and accommodating host!

Our stay was a perfect getaway for us...exactly as described. Pool and spa were a delight. Ann was great at communicating which we appreciated very much. We can't wait to return to this treasure!

The Hibiscus Hideaway was the perfect place for my family and I to stay for our “winter getaway”. It was our first time visiting Siesta Key and we absolutely loved it. A quiet community on the water with so much to do yet feels like home— much like southern New England. Ann’s home is beautiful, clean, and well stocked with everything you could need. Water access, a quick walk to the beach (or car ride) and close to all the stores and restaurants you could imagine. Ann was beyond generous with her time, recommendations, and hospitality. This was our best airbnb experience and favorite stay. Thank you Ann for allowing us the opportunity to make memories as a family. We will certainly be back!

Ann’s house is truly a gem for your Sarasota vacation. Just being at the house is so relaxing it’s hard to leave! The surrounding area is the more relaxed and quiet side of siesta key so the ideal spot to stay on the key! Close to great restaurants and Turtle Beach. Highly recommend Ann’s house it’s private, clean and spacious.. your ideal place to stay in Sarasota!

Terrific place! Beautifully decorated and super clean! Great pool and patio area! And Ann could not have been more responsive and helpful - lots of good local knowledge and recommendations.
