A spacious home for 3 people. We appreciated the well-lit kitchen and the bedroom ceiling fans. Despite the rainy weather, we had a great weekend at the VMFA and enjoying local restaurants.

The house is quite unique as well as cozy and comfortable. Loved the artwork and the picture wall going up the stairs. The neighborhood is walkable and close to shops and restaurants and there was no problem finding a parking space right in front of the house. We hope to come back soon!

This was a perfect girls weekend getaway! We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping. The house was well stocked with EVERYTHING you might need and more. We didn’t want to leave!

Joshua and Geoffrey are spectacular hosts, offering clean, comfortable and character-filled accommodations in SUCH a great location (just 2 blocks from the heart of Carytown with its unique shops and a wide variety of food options)!!! Communication with them was a breeze…they actually could not have been more friendly, flexible or responsive. Everything was so easy and accessible: clear and concise house expectations, plenty of parking options, clean and family friendly neighborhood, close proximity to amenities, universities and the downtown area…honestly, the list of good things just could go on and on. If you are visiting Richmond, this is the place to stay! Thank you Joshua and Geoffrey!!!

The location was perfect for us - walk to museum district, restaurants, lots to do but not in high traffic area. It was clean and nice too.
